Good day, Hivenians! I hope you're fine while reading my blog today.

Another reason why we continued our travel last January 4 was because of this.

I asked L if she would cook chicken stew if we visited her place again and she answered yes. I know for sure that the chicken stew would be delicious since L was a good cook and also his husband since it's previous work was at the catering services.

We were motivated to travel for the reason that maybe the chicken was ready to cook already and it would be a great disappointment if we did not visit their place.

We saved our hunger that even though it was time for lunch, we did not have a heavy lunch and we just ate snacks during the travel because we wanted our lunch to be the chicken stew from Argao, Cebu.

When we arrived in Argao, Cebu, L's place, L immediately prepared the lunch because we were hungry when we arrived.

Before we started eating, we discovered that it was not only the hen that they prepared but the unborn chicken, yes, there were eggs in the chicken stew since the hen laid eggs before it was killed. So sad, but we were hungry at that time, so we did not feel guilty while eating. Heheheh

They should have butchered the rooster ma'am. If the hen was laying eggs.😬😁

Hahaha, na.. the husband would not agree because the rooster is for "sabong". 😄😄

Chicken stew reminds me of my late father💗

Oh.. you had a great memories together with him.😊
