When I bought my Perodua Kenari car back in 2006, I immediately chose grey because it could camouflage with dirt colour. Lol... And this colour would made the car looked less dirty. Agree? But, I was posting for the photo below in memory of my grey car as the new one was about to come.
I agree with every workmanshop people who always commented I took care of my car well, it still looked shiny and new. Except the air conditioner which always gave me problems. Until I needed to fix it every 6 months for few years, it was time to say bye bye.
Sending love to my car
I bought this car when I didn't have a lot but I needed a car badly because I used it for my church ministry. I was being trained at my church back then as I answered a call from God to serve Him full-time. While serving at church as non-paid 'social worker', I decided to take up part time job as tutor since I had Bachelor in Science, that earned quite abit to support my monthly loan. Thank to my sister who acted as guarantor so I could apply loan.
This car was heavily used by me to help people, charity works, driving upnorth and downsouth for ministry purposes. It served me well. But car could never last for eternity. So it was time to buy new one.
Okay, let's have more wefie and selfie with/of the car.
On the day to take new car!
The boys suddenly got emotional especially my eldest who is more sensational and emotional type. He said he would miss the car sooooo much. Haha! So adorable. I was the one okay, being more practical that old car must go for new car incoming. We were about to send the car as it was being traded in for RM6500 as downpayment.
"Huhu, I wanna hug the car. Byebye Kenari, I am going to miss you." My eldest murmured. I chuckled.
More photos of the boys with the car. Then with the husband too.
Last photo of me and my 16yo car!
Want to guess my new car COLOUR?
Don't scroll down first if you want to guess. Remember, I loved colour which could camouflage dirt?

Hello, new granite red Perodua Bezza
I guess turning 40 years old does change my taste bud. I almost chose a brown purple one which similar to greyish dirt colour but... Suddenly, I fell in love with this granite red, somehow looked maroon to me. So cool. Reminded me of a kiss from heaven. 💋 Thank God for providence and favour that I could buy new car.
After returning Kenari keys, I got my new Bezza. Family photo first.
My friend who also bought new car from same Perodua shop was there too for some paper stuff. She joined welcoming my new car too, with the salesperson as well.
