It is one of the most difficult things to do to "have humility in order to be humble".
Asking someone you know or stranger for help is never easy.
For me, it never was. We're always self-sufficient, we've always worked, we've always had our stuff, our money.
But, there comes a moment when everything goes "down", and here comes the question of throwing out that identity of ours of: "I don't need anyone", for the identity: "Help me, please!".
There is perhaps a great reason here on the part of those who find themselves in this situation for not assuming the identity of a person who needs the help of the other, which is the fear of judgment, criticism and humiliation in asking someone for help.
It is a difficult, complicated, controversial situation that must be analyzed carefully.
What should be kept in mind is that we will never get out of a difficult situation without the help of someone who listens to us, is charitable and attentive to what we have to say.
Another thing to be aware of is that it is necessary to "have humility in order to be humble". It is necessary to understand that we are in a situation where we have (unfortunately) to ask for help.
This won't be forever, it's temporary and soon everything goes back to normal.
