I am a 5am Club Member and No Procrastination in my schedule

Nowadays people often sleep late and get up late in the morning but this is not the right schedule for our bodies. This is also not a healthy schedule but many people cannot follow it because of their lifestyle. Even though I was part of the same schedule until a few years back, things have changed for me. I get up early in the morning and there are some of the household tasks that I need to finish on time. I want to mention that getting up early in the morning is the best practice and whoever is doing it must be getting a lot of time throughout the day. This is the idle life that we should live with a schedule. I have grown up seeing my parents getting up early in the morning and even sleeping early at night. Our body can adjust in any environment and if we follow this schedule then our body clock will work properly.

I get up early in the morning because of the reason my son goes to school. I have to drop him at the bus pick point at 6 am. Before I drop him off at the bus I need to prepare his lunch box and that takes about half an hour in the. I get up at 5:00 AM and he gets up at 5:15 am. I prepare the lunch box for him and pack it which is half an hour activity for me. Once this is finished then I get ready so that I can go outside because there is a walk for about 10 minutes to the bus pick-up point. I leave the house at 5:50 and reach the bus pick-up point at 6 am and come back after the bus leaves. Even my son is the part of 5 am club member.

After I come back then I do some exercise because that is a good time for such activities. Sometimes I also walk around the park if there is nothing must do at home but if there is some work then I walk for about 10 to 15 minutes and then I come back home. I have been following the schedule since 2020 and trust me this has been helping me a lot with my health. I also get enough time in the morning and I sleep late because my other kid is just one and a half years and I also take care of him. Because of this, I don't get enough sleep hours so I manage some time for the sleep in daytime. This is the time when my elder kid is in school and the younger one is with me so I take the power nap for about an hour and this is how I manage my sleeping schedule.

I think that getting up early is good in the morning but we also need to ensure that we are getting proper sleep. In my case, I cannot sleep for many hours continuously because I need to manage two kids and other household work which is part of my daily routine. Earlier things were good but after my second baby things are a little bit difficult for me and I have a busy schedule since I need to take care of both.


So I have explained what type of schedule I follow and why I am far part of the 5 am club member. I don't need an alarm in the morning to get up because my body clock is set up like that and I think now this lifestyle is going to be always like this. Once you follow a schedule for a couple of weeks then you don't need a reminder for that because your body is tuned in and it works according to that clock so in my case it is the same. Sometimes on the weekend, I feel lazy especially on Sunday because there is nothing much to do in the morning then I get up around 7:00 AM or sometimes 8:00 AM else the rest of the week, I make sure to get up at 5 am without any reminder and any delay.
