Hello Great Hiveans
Welcome to my blog, I'm @sharonmayokun This is my first educative entry. Kindly! spare me few minutes of your valuable time as you read my blog.
Aloe vera is a cactus-like plant that grows in hot, dry climates. It is cultivated in subtropical regions around the world, including the southern border areas of Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California.
Historically, Aloe vera has been used for skin conditions and was thought to improve baldness and promote wound healing.
There is an inner gel containing 99% water, and the remaining part made of amino acids, glucomannans, sterols, lipids, and vitamins. The middle layer is made of latex, which is a yellow sap containing glycosides and anthraquinones. Lastly, the outer layer is composed of 15 to 20 cells dubbed as rind.
Yes!!! Aloe vera gel and skin can be eaten raw. but not for children younger than 12years it might cause pain, cramps and diarrhea for them.
Eating aloe Vera lowers oxidative stress on your body and reduces the risk of chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, or even cancer.
Also aloe vera can also be consumed as juice for those who can not eat it raw.. You may want to give it a try, I have done that several times and I have experienced the reality of Aloe vera both internal and external.
Firstly!! Cut a large aloe vera plant ,then use knife to carefully remove the skin , furthermore rinse the aloe gel to remove off the bitterness.
Secondly!! Place the peeled and rinsed aloe in a blender, add water and sweetener or lime to taste better then blend together at once, then your aloe juice is ready.
Apply the gel generously on the face and leave it over night, and wash it off in the morning, you will be boosting the flow of blood in your skin and killing off harmful bacteria, you will get result in less than seven days
No doubt aloe vera plant has proven itself worthy of promoting hair growth, curbing hair fall, treating dandruff, itching scalp and improving bald hair. The aloe vera skin can be be grinded dry and mixed with hair cream.
Now! Let me tell you how to use the aloe gel for fast hair growth trust me it works wonders but with consistency. I have tried it severally as you can see the effects on my hair in my pictures above.
Firstly! Cut a leaf from a live aloe vera plant
Secondly! Use a spoon to collect the gel, THIRDLY! rub the gel on your scalp and let it sit for several hours or overnight then use a mild shampoo to wash the hair and scalp. Repeat this process two to three times weekly and see the WONDERS. 😍😍 I have been using aloe vera for my hair for many years and I can attest to it that it works wonders.
Firstly! Get an appropriate aloe vera leaf, find an appropriate pot or bowl, fill the bowl with correct soil then plant your leaves, place in a warm location, have in mind that for your aloe Vera to grow healthy you have to use the correct soil. Aloe vera plants require soil with exceptional drainage. The best aloe plant potting soil contains a mix of sand, perlite, pumice, and pine bark fines. From my scientific research about aloe vera, it shows that Aloe vera prefers a neutral to alkaline pH, from 7.0 to 8.5, but can tolerate slightly acidic soils. Lastly, don't forget to wet your aloe Vera plant when necessary.
