Thinking about Amsterdam ^_^

Hello hvers, an happy Friday to you all! Hot day here in Tuscany( I think it's the same in other countries too :P ) and it seems to live inside an oven all the day. Usually here the month of June is not so hot and I can't image how hot will be August. Ok, better to think something nice like... the next HiveFest in Amsterdam (you can read more about it here!
As you know, I work in a bookstore with my hubby @paolobeneforti and my friend Elena, so I bought some books about Amsterdam (that I've never visited before) and about Netherlands.

The Amsterdam guide by Lonely Planet is just arrived to me and I can't resist to sketch something about it. ^_^

I also bought a couple of novels written by contemporary dutch writers like Cees Noteboom, Mathijs Deen and Gerda Blees. There is an italian publishing house called Iperborea that use to publish north european novels and it has manu dutch novels in its catalogue so I collected some of them to read. ^_^

Thinking about to be there to meet the other hivers is so exciting and my mind come back to the fest in Lisbon when I met some of you for the first time like @steevc :
