Today I'm here with macro shots of a insect called Shield Bug. Its scientific name is Pentatomoidea and its size was about 7-8mm.
It was lying on a plant in a field of sugar cane when I found it. They came in pairs. I made the choice to take a macro picture of it.
I gently approached it and made an effort to capture some close-up photos of it. Although it didn't move much when I was photographing it, the location wasn't ideal for standing, thus I struggled to get a good shot.
After some work, I was able to capture some passable images of it from various angles. I used the macro lens on my phone to take a photo of it. I've taken pictures of this kind of beetle before.
