It's a wonderful Sunday morning. I woke up feeling strong because of the exercise i did the previous night before going to bed. I was feeling pains at my back and shoulders. So, i decided to do another Walk out at home. I already downloaded some of the walk out videos from YouTube. I did miles walk which took more than 30 minutes and after that, it was an Aerobic dance. I really enjoyed the exercise. Still having pains on the shoulders, at my back too. I have decided not to quit until all my body became flexible.
I never knew that after exercises you feel extremely hungry. So, i rushed to the market since it was close to us to buy cent leaf. I prepared yam pepper soup with dried bonga fish 🐠🐟. It has been a very long time eating yam pepper soup. After enjoying my breakfast though late. I decided to read some Bible portions with my daughter. While we were on it, i started feeling dizzy and i quickly concluded and relaxed for 2 hours. But before then, i already carried out my cleaning exercises very early in the morning before embarking with all other chores.
