Good day friends, how are we doing? I guess we're all doing great.
There's a saying that says " let your food be your medicine and your medicine your food."
Today, some people do not see fruits as important as it is. Some decide to make it a daily intake either in between meals, after meals or blend to take as a fresh fruit juice or smoothie while others cn decide to take it once in a month.
But how important are fruits in our lives? Fruits has packed of nutrients in them. They all contain fibre, potassium and most of it all vitamins. For example oranges have the kind of fibre that helps lower cholesterol. Eating fruits and vegetables can reduce the risk of heart disease, cancer etc. Nevertheless there are times to avoid it, meaning that over taking of it is not advisable but should be moderate and not to be avoided.
