Friends it's another day, sunny and hot. Have you had lunch? Food is an energy provider, breakfast, lunch or dinner. Lunch when skipped for the day can mak one tire and loose concentration on the days activity.
Some who wants to loose weight feel skipping a meals for the day will be a good option to achieve it and do no understand the most important thing which is concerning themselves to the total amount of the calories taken a day. Meals are better not skipped but options of fruit should be available if need be.
My lunch always fuel and gear me not to loose concentration on my work for day. These lunch is definitely needed to be able to handle the adults. I am take record of who walks in and steps out of the seminar hall. Humans can be difficult to handle at times, the rules to follow are clearly stated. Why not follow but waiting to be reminded about it.
It's important to be in a clean and healthy environment, why would people in a good mental health litter the place and want a special time to clean up, why not handle your waste properly? Trash in the bin it's good and important for all.
