Good evening Beautiful People of Hive.Hope your day went well as mine.On my way back from my place of Worship,I saw this evening the rain blowing dirt and debris at our compound making the environment dirty. The weather was not kind to me, but I couldn’t just leave my environment in this condition, I had to do something to keep my environment clean. Putting the bag to use, I snatched one up and began dusting off the litter, the fallen leaves and tiny pieces of plastic and other debris that the wind had blown. The ground was wet from the rain and the task was a little too much, but I did not want the dirt to congregate. I picked everything I could find up one by one, picking up every pathway and open area, ensuring I tidied those paths and open areas once again. Thinking about the responsibility we all have towards caring for our environment even when the conditions aren’t great gave me something to relate to as I worked. Every little contribution towards keeping our earth clean and cleaner was something I felt fulfilled for having done something to help in making my surroundings clean. Whatever the weather or circumstances let’s all keep pushing for a cleaner world!
