Hello friends! Today was a challenging day at school. As a web development student, we had an assignment to review and new material to cover. However, our main tutor was absent, and we had a substitute teacher instead.
Unfortunately, the substitute tutor struggled to communicate effectively and clarify key terms. It was a constant battle to stay focused and understand the lesson. The class quickly became unruly, with students losing interest and doing their own thing.
I confided in a friend that if I had known the substitute tutor would be teaching, I would have stayed home. It didn't seem worth wasting money on transportation only to leave more confused than when I arrived.
The lesson was a disaster, and none of us grasped the material. Normally, we take turns briefing our absent classmates, but today, no one felt confident explaining the concepts. Those who missed the lesson were no better off than the rest of us.
When the substitute tutor finally left, the class erupted in relief. We were eager to regroup and figure out the assignment on our own.
I turned to YouTube tutorials for help and spent the evening reviewing the material. After a productive cleaning session, I dedicated time to studying before dinner. Below are some pictures from my cleaning activity.
