As I stepped into my first day as an intern, not just as a student, I felt quite nervous. I wasn't sure what to expect, despite having spent the past six months at the hub. I had become accustomed to and interacted with many of the people who work here, yet the nerves lingered for reasons I couldn't quite explain.
The anxiety prompted me to wake up earlier than usual to prepare and head out. I wanted to arrive early, settle in, and catch my breath before many others arrived, and I did arrive ahead of schedule. Fortunately, my first day as an intern went well. We were officially welcomed as part of the team and no longer just students. Some information was provided about what to expect from the program, and we were given a random test.
As I began to interact with everyone, I realized I had no reason to be nervous. It was the same familiar faces I had seen before. Even though we are no longer students, our journey continues. Plus, there is even a curriculum outlining what we will learn each week.
Anyways, below are some pictures from my cleaning activity for today.
