Charity begins at home they say, so does cleanliness. This literally means that if you see people behaving and associating well in the society, they will ask you to check their home background. One would see that they are well trained from home. The same thing with cleanliness,when you see people in the society being adhere to keeping the environment clean. You won't see them throwing things in the street anyhow. They will make sure that they get to the bin before they dispose.
This depicts that what people do in the public are things they do at home. Someone who is clean at home, will always make sure that he or she doesn't mess up the environment. That is where the cliche " Cleanliness begins at home" comes in. When someone wakes up in the morning, it's necessary to clean up the rooms in the house and the compound. When we are clean inside we will surely be clean outside as well.
