Farm animals must be trained according to your own personal and resources. Some farmers are there because they actually visit a farm and they saw how big the farm is they actually jump into a very big farm practices which later fold up because of lack of proper knowledge. And that is why I always emphasize on people to always get their researches practically and theoretically. The two works hand in hand. When you practically see what other people are doing then you come back to your own drawing board to table out how capable are you with your own resources at and before you jump into a very big farm scale.

This can also be achieved gradually so it does not mean you start in a big way. Most especially poultry birds are extremely difficult to handle when it comes to different types of season. We have the rainy season and the dry season. Some poultry animals do well in the dry season and extremely go otherwise during the rainy season because it is cold and there will be no it source for them to lay eggs.

That is why you need to do your research very well on which of the poultry birds you need to book for and for which season. The lane beds do at their peak production when its in dry season. With the practical knowledge I gained from my late dad this was what the record keeping give us as at then. But the meat production can be done in any type of the season with any type of poultry Broiler birds.

The feeding also needs to be in orderly so that you can enjoy this production at it peak.

The feeding routine should be placed when you are getting your poultry birds. You need to arrange what type of the day you need to feed them or you need to feed them three times in a day. To make them meet the required market table size. There is always a table size for meat consumption in the market.

The broiler birds is the most popular poultry bet lattice used mainly for meat consumption although, nowadays people actually go for other poultry animals such as Turkey 🦃🦆🦃 and the rest.

For a very good broiler breed. Within 4 and 1/2 months to 5 months it should reach a very good table size for meat consumption.

If you book your poultry birds either from the day old or from 4 weeks old from a very good and reliable source your animals can actually grow disease free. But if they do not complete their vaccination before it being sold out. Then your poultry birds are at risk 100%.

The poultry animals needs a lot of freshwater a day and this should be done very early in the morning so that they will absolutely have a very good access to the drinking water which is absolutely clean. The most reason why some farm animals die is that when you cater for them you are not doing it appropriately.

With animals in any type of agricultural setting should be done appropriately which means that there is time for everything. And you must also take note that how Farmer A does its activities on the farm may be extremely different from our Farmer B does It own activity. So you must go along with your own Farmer personal activities on the farm, and not comparing your activities with others. Because it will be very different.

Putting out your animals in some other type of rearing system is also needs to be considered. Here in West Africa Nigeria we have the different types of rearing animals most especially the poultry birds. You see a lot of farmers rearing their birds inside the cage. Whereas you can also see some rearing their poultry animals inside a house just like a pen house. Which is literally a free range system of keeping birds.
