From the ancient days in agricultural mindset we have a lot of activities that comprehend each other even in terms of crop production and animal keeping. In crop production we have some crops that are very special to farming at large and they are categorize even in our own community as the spinach vegetables. This spinach vegetable is of different types and species such that even if care is not taking you will mistake other green vegetables has the spinach family although in some countries they categorize the green vegetables as spinach. But here in Nigeria we have names assigned to different green vegetables. And that is why they are so special to us as individual farmers and as a community.

This kind of green vegetable is also known as spinach but we have a very unique and special name for it although it is spinach family. It is called the Lagos spinach. This is the main reason why even when you are inside the local market you must know exactly what you want to buy so that your mentality may change regarding all kinds of food species and products. So this green spinach is a very good Green vegetable which can be consumed by everyone in as much as you follow the step-by-step method of how to prepare it as soup. You should also know that you need to add a lot of ingredients to eat to make it more palatable and delicious.

The Lagos spinach or the spinach family are always with seed. This seed production is highly necessary for a farmer who is ready to mean business. The first thing you need to do is to send aside a very big space where you can nurture the seed from the scratch and it will start to grow on its own gradually. It is also easier when you make the nursery bed for the Lagos spinach for it to start it on new life there before you transfer it to a new agricultural Farmland. When it reaches a particular stage the seed will always sprout out with the very beautiful color flowers. It comes in pink and black form I mean the flowers and within the flowers you see the seed in it.

The Lagos spinach is not the common type of green vegetable you can see around or do in some market you see them in a special place. I have been to a market and I made a request of buying this Lagos spinner but to my surprise they do not have it at hand. I was told that I will make a book to buy it before they can bring it for me. Not knowing that I also have it in my farm. That is why agriculture is always a very white platform where you can express yourself individually as a farmer and interact with people.

The Lagos winners is also of different species of which I have two species with me on this particular article. So many people do not know about this, all what they know is to get into the market and source for their green vegetables and buy it. One particular species of the Lagos spinach has a very deep wine or red color on it. The other version of the Lagos spinach do not have.

We also have another type of Lagos peanuts that has a very slight wine or red color patches. This is to show that the Lagos spinach has more than two different species which can be really identified through their color.

The Lagos spinach also attract a lot of insects which makes it more spectacular to insect. What they do is that day fly on the leaves and they cover themselves with web. And afterwards the hatch and they continue their lifespan cycle.

You can mix the Lagos finance green vegetable with any other green vegetable in as much as you will be in them and also put them in place. Putting them in place means that you will not let one drink vegetable they stop the other. But you treat them the same way. Then you will be at rest even when things are going otherwise.

The Lagos spinach farming can be done and achieve as step-by-step. Through the app of the nursery section. I have this on the farm because of some crops that needs a lot of attention before you transplant them to the main agricultural Farmland. Among the crops we have the green vegetables of different species. You will be able to pick point if they will be surviving during the transplanting method.

The Lagos spinach are very succulent to a very good extent but when it is becoming more matured then you may experience a little bit of toughness. I love to consume the African spinach because it has a lot of nutrients it inject into the body. And that is why most people prefer to consume green vegetables soup than any other soup or stew.
