The beginning of either the early rain season or middle of the rainy season or at the end of the rainy season you can begin your own planting of this special and uncommon crop which is called the white eggplant. I did a lot of research about this white eggplants and to my surprise I come to a conclusion that it is extremely uncommon plant. Sometimes they go when I started harvesting so much on the farm such that I had to give out some to the neighbors around the farm. And some of them came back to ask a lot of questions how it is being consumed.
I was also surprised to see them coming back because even some of my farmer neighbors they do not accept this because it is not been eating by their tribe or by their people. So I asked to explain for so many minutes how it is being planted,cultivated and raised up to the maturity stage. And the question is that even up to now so many people are 100% novice of this particular plant. I went to some neighboring markets to also show them how this plant looks like and some vlogs I made earlier on. Almost all of the market shops I went to have never seen this before. It is also amazing to me. So I also spent a lot of hours explaining from one market shop to another how to go about consuming it and using it to make different delicacy.
The eggplants is absolutely a good plant which is used for so many purposes and its benefits are numerous. Even when I started planting the White eggplants it has been a very good moment and experience so far. Even when we consume just little when it is been prepared, it has a lot of effect positively on the body system. Sometimes when you do not visit the toilet regularly you can equally prepare this and after consuming it I bet you you will visit the toilet with ease.
When the eggplant planting came into my farming schedule was a very long time and I also have a lot of challenges regarding this because it is not a common type of plant so they are a different type of diseases showing up. During the raining season you have different type of diseases attached to it naturally and during the dry season you have another type of different diseases that will sprout out. So you need to face them accordingly to rectify the problems.
- This particular stage of life cycle of the eggplant is extremely important because when you are mislead, you see a lot of different color of leaves coming up and there will be a lot of damages.
When you sight that you have a little bit change in color of the plant or the leaves you must act on it just like this, application of ash can be done as fast as possible in order to reduce the coloration of the leaves.
But on the other hand, when you see that the white eggplant itself is having another color entirely just like in this yellow form. It means that the particular fruits or produce as reached its maturity stage and the harvesting must be done within few days.
You can either use the shop knife or sickle to harvest it at a very good angle. So many people do not take all this into consideration but it is highly necessary. You can harvest at your own pace but it needs to correct the right angle.
When you see a lot of flowers coming up you must not touch them at all so that they can prepare their own self for production of pods. It is the matured flower that will absolutely turn to White eggplants pod and gradually it changes stages. You can get into this kind of farming system slowly and gradually then you improve on the farming activities.
