Hello Hivers πŸ’•πŸ’˜,

This is a very good green grass and alternative for feeding your rabbit. This is not for rabbit alone but for ruminant animals but mostly this is also one of the good Green grass I always look forward for during the rainy season simply because when you feed your rabbit mostly with concentrate feed in the morning what you do in the afternoon there's that you go into the woods a bush to search for on this particular green grass which is always in abundance during the rainy season.

I went to another state there I saw a lot of this elephant grass which I always court and feed my rabbits when I still have them intact. I came through a question in my inbox on discord channel where a question was asked that how did they go about feeding rabbit? So I'm here to trash it out with few pictures and references.

  • this is how the elephant grass looks like although it is not only elephant grass you can use as an alternative to feed your rabbit but the most cases when you have it available it is highly good and great because they utilise everything and it makes them grow also quickly.

  • The leaves are somehow tiny but nevertheless they still love it because this is what I also give my rabbit and they survive everyday.

In some cases in the rabbit do not eat the hard stem but just the succulent part of the green grass. But if you are lucky to see a very good and succulents elephant grass they will eat it all before 2 to 3 hours after feeding them.

With the experiments I have done so many years ago I knew about it absolutely well. After I did so many practical about elephant grass while I was in school yes I practicalize it as well.

  • It has so many stages I mean the grass itself such that you can arrange the graphics orderly before you administer it and use it to feed your rabbit. I know that goat can also feed on it likewise Sheep and Cattle. The love green grasses.
