Look around you. Everything you see is designed and made by men.
The buildings, the roads.
Do you like electricity, running water and heat? Thank a man.
Do you enjoy going to a store and seeing all the goods? Thank a man.
( Sure, it is not all men, but these fields are all 95%+ men.
That 5%- will never be able to support any continuance of service... )
Men are disappearing from these jobs.
The incentives for men to "man up" have been extinguished.
What motivates men? Women.
A man will work 3x as hard if he has a loving woman at home that is relying on him.
He will work even harder for his children.
The ideal that has shaped our society,
Find a woman, marry her and start a family...
... it has been obliterated. For all intents and purposes, it is gone. There are just some people who haven't realized it yet.
Women have basically gone away.
For the lower 80% of men, women are a thing you see on the screen.
For the lowest 50% of men, women give looks of disgust when approached and call HR over harassment.
Right now, 50% of young men haven't had ANY intimate contact with a woman in the past year!!

Incels (involuntary celibates)
A put-down given to a group that can't find any love, and they adopted it.
A group that is blamed for everything, such as being born too short, being born male... being the evil patriarchy
I just want you to be aware that there are levels in this group.
Kissing-virgin - never been kissed by a girl.
Hand-holding-virgin - never held a girl's hand.
(and many other types of virgin, that were only applicable to the very bottom of the barrel back in 80s highschool.)
Everyone has said, and probably you are thinking it, that these guys should get out of mother's basement and take a shower. Put all the blame on them. Tell them to "Man Up".
However, women have chosen to see more than half of men as invisible, ignored, not-existing.
50% of men don't even reach the first bar on the ladder that is getting with a woman.
This group of men and many more who have seen how raw of a deal they are getting.
(the only benefit men get in marriage is that now, they can go to jail without trial)
This group of men are Going Their Own Way.

Just accepting bachelorhood.
And here is where it affects everyone.
The group of men who maintain the infrastructure are ageing.
You could say that soon, the infrastructure will die of old age.
Men who do not desire to support a woman can live on very little.
Why do the really hard and dangerous jobs? (unless you want to hit them for 10 years and then retire)
As a man, you don't need much.
And without that hard-wired programming to provide for a woman, there is very little motivation to do much more than survive.
The World Destroying Thing Is, We Need Men to Work Extra Hard Just to Support Our Lifestyle.
But there is no incentives left for men to do so.
We will probably need to abolish affirmative action so that we can pay men 2x - 5x more so that they will take on these hard jobs.
We may also want to get rid of the stigma that blue collar workers are not as important/prestigious as white collar. Because, right now, taking one of these jobs pretty much means you are relegating yourself to those who are "undateable"
Shame is the only thing that has been used to try to motivate these men.
All they have ever known.
Never any praise. Only "men suck", "men are stupid", "men are oppressive", "men are rapists".
Soooo, what is about to happen is that lots of places are going to deteriorate. Slowly at first, and then just collapse.
And really, this is the greatest threat to first world nations' standard of living.
