There is something common today among people, especially the younger generations, they find it hard to be able to understand and accept their existence.
It’s clear that we all have our ways of defining reality and happenings in our lives, but at one point we’ll have to understand that life happens to us in ways that we won't always be able to comprehend and understand.
However, when this happens, which I'm sure often happens, we like to shrink, shiver and build up pressure that would only hold us down.
Many people are walking the earth shivering inside but smiling outside. Whenever we experience any slight discomfort, we always tend to be more anxious about not only how uncomfortable we are, but how comfortable we should be.
People are always shit scared of even living one minute in discomfort before they start becoming afraid of how bad things happen to them frequently.
The cycle of having bad things happen to people creates this anxiousness in us that whenever our anxieties creep in, we find it hard to table the situation at hand and figure a way out to improve our problems.
Life won't hand out everything to you, but it will surely hand out most of the bad things more and also too regularly than the good stuff.
To get a better life, we have to face the bad days and don't let them define us.
Don't let the anxieties make you feel life is shitty, and nothing good will ever happen again.
That's just our fears and anxieties (talking) trying to scare us and make us weak enough not to be able to make a real difference by going after the good stuff, creating great moments and enjoying the good days and good weather even when life doesn't hand them out. Seek them out, take them, and don't let your anxieties or fears stop you from ever making a difference.
You can fall, but always rise each time you fall.
Never stay down
