Hello people!
One more time joining here the #POBphotocontest, the weekly photography contest, which is a nice initiative of @friendlymoose and this is already my 21th time!
This week the new round is about metal, simply about that element or material, and we see that there are many things made of metal around us, right?
So here is my new contribution for the Proof of Brain photo contest:
METAL in some urban park: a metal trash can
In a city we find metal almost everywhere, because almost everything is made of this material, and without going any further, we look up at almost any point and there we see buildings, large metal towers, and glass too, they always attract attention especially if there is a park nearby and so we notice the contrast more.
But we are not going for the eye-catching, but for the unnoticed. Look more... What else do you see? A trash can, a green metal trash can. In a grassy area, where no one would notice unless you need it. A humble element that no one would look at if there are many other things to look at, on any public area, park or street in a big city like Moscow, in Russia.
But it does its job, like all other metal things, it just seems less important to us, but it is there, with dignity, fulfilling its function when we need to throw something away.
Not everything made of metal has to be striking, eye-catching or grandiloquent, it doesn't have to be something that impresses us, it can be an everyday object, which shows that not only plastic surrounds us but that many things in our daily lives are made of metal.
