Everything happens and everything arrives.

The happiness of the instants in which we connect in a healthy way with the universe are usually intense, those even pass with great speed, not because time becomes lighter or changes its frequency in happiness, but because of the feeling of well-being, which accelerates us and makes us reach the enjoyment of those moments much more easily. The good seasons should leave us with a learning process that allows us to overcome the stormy times. Happiness is not eternal, but it is thanks to us that every day we can experience a little or a lot of it.
The bad moments that fill us with sadness, bitterness, depression and much anxiety seem to go on forever, they pass with great slowness and, I repeat, not because it is time itself. Time as a fact and magnitude of physics unfolds in the same way over and over again, whether we are well or not. It is we in the midst of events that make it a measure of fast or slow happening depending on what we are experiencing.

Assuming that everything passes, has its center in the idea of a life where each fact or situation is not tied to a temporary process that makes it eternal, on the contrary, it is about our attitude towards each event of our life. We must learn that every bad moment passes, just as the good ones will pass and we must appreciate what we learn from both. Life is a constant change that makes of it a stay that advances without stopping towards a direction and it depends on us where it is.
Today, in the midst of a society that assumes itself to be consumerist, that is beginning to understand the difficulties of maintaining a life based exclusively on economic power, when we experienced with the pandemic what it was like to lose those we loved the most, all of us who saw our lives sink and break into pieces that we will never put back together again. Today we must begin to experience the practice of the here and now, of one day at a time, of knowing that everything happens and everything comes. At this moment in gratitude embrace your own life, look at the good and wonderful you have, dare to believe in yourself and your capabilities, give love (starting with yourself) today repeat over and over again everything happens and everything comes what you give comes back to you, never forget life is here and now.
