Who do you say that I AM? - Jesus Christ
I'm going to offer an alternative solution for poverty, which, in my opinion, is the greatest spiritual disease. It's a heartbreaking, and devastating tormentor, that pushed many people into the graves. Suicides, divorces, and broken dreams flourish wherever this monster resides. The organized religion has made us think this unnatural enemy of ours is a sign of spiritual nobility, a test, so to speak, the only way to God's kingdom, which is contrary to what the Bible says!
The Spirit of the Lord is upon me because He hath anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor - Jesus Christ, in Luke 4:18
You're not preaching unless you deal with the issue of poverty. What makes the poor-poor? Is it witchcraft? Are stars to blame? Is it the Devil? Well, you'd be surprised to know that the only culprit is inside of each and every one of us. Nothing comes from outside! Everything stems from within. Consciousness is the only thing that is anything, has anything, and does anything. The Bible says God uses enemies of ours WHEN and IF we are disobedient, to bring us back to the right way, which includes a knowledge and understanding of our true identity, origin, and nature.
As a man thinks, so is he (Proverbs 23:7) living in accordance with. Why am I telling you all of this instead of giving a few Earthly solutions to earn money? Because once you re-member (re-join) who you really are, all of your financial issues will be permanently sent to the graveyard. In the words of psychologists, self-image (a.k.a. paradigm) is the source of all poverty. Believing we are born of our Earthly mothers is making us lame. A part of that paradigm is a belief that God condemns wealth, and money, while on contrary, God demands productivity, and promises abundance to those who remain faithful and diligent.
Spiritual resurrection is the only "technique" you'll ever need to eradicate all types of poverty, from emotional and mental poverty to financial-material poverty. Until you succeed at it, you'll remain captive, and a slave of the system, no matter how many billions there are on your bank account. "Money is not everything", neither is health. Money can't be compared with health, or anything else, for it's in a league of its own. There are no other players in that league. Everything matters! Tell something like "money is not important" to children in Calcutta, who are picking up food cans in order to find some moist soup. It's quite easy to say "money isn't important" when you're living in a penthouse on the shores of Miami.
Only God knows how many dreams haven't been accomplished due to a lack of funds. I can't resist but to think of Nikola Tesla, whose only enemy was the lack of financial support. He was dependent on the bankers, which is why most of the technological breakthroughs remained on papers, and within borders of his mind. Metaphysicians claim that every idea is a psychic entity. If so, then poverty is a spirit, not a very good one, though. It produces fear, and stress, well-known vampires, who suck out our health and a will to live. Not only that, but poverty also makes you doubt the Lord. "If there is God, then how how how, can I be so ... (don't say it!)?". It also makes us envious, and perhaps, hateful. How many times have you heard of someone hating the rich folks? You know.., not all rich folks are necessarily "bad". We need them, too, 'cause poor people ain't gonna open up factories and offer jobs!
Even though financial-material poverty is a reflection of spiritual condition, one must not make a mistake and believe that billionaires are therefore saints, 'cause there are Satanic ways of acquiring material wealth, too but the wealth I'm talking about is everlasting. It goes away onto another world with you. The only thing we are carrying with ourselves when we die off this world is integrity.
He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the Lord, and that which he hath given will He pay him again. - Proverbs 19:17
Once you establish a paradigm that includes "poor me" self-image, you've entered a continuation cycle, out of which you can escape only by remembering (re-joining) the Father. What am I talking about? Well, first of all, don't mistake your financial status for your spiritual status. Jesus was born in a barn, not a penthouse, nevertheless, He was, still is, and forever will be the treasure of our world.
But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. - 1 Corinthians 2:14
In life, you can only be, accomplish and possess according to who you believe and feel you are. That's why believing we've been made in God's likeness and image makes one courageous, prosperous, and abundant. Again, theologists have made a spin and made us think that we are nothing but ungodly sinners. Indeed, whoever believes that will act in accordance with it (remember Proverbs 23:7!). If you believe that you're a sinner, you'll sin. If you believe you're poor, you'll remain poor and all the doors to prosperity will remain closed for you.
The parable of the lost son (prodigal son) is an allegory for us! The prodigal son moved away from the Father and ended up in a pigpen (the mess we are in right now). In other words, he walked away from the inheritance, nature, and nobility. He started doing things his way, instead of God's way. Needless to say, that ultimately leads to poverty and misery. Right there in the pigpen, he remembered who his Father is, and decided to go home. His Father ran to hug him, saying, "Son, ALL that I have is yours".
Be you, therefore, perfect, as your Father which is in Heaven is perfect. - Jesus Christ in Matthew 5:48
When asked to pray, Jesus started with "OUR Father, Who art in heaven...". He never said, "I'm the only Son of God, the rest of you should be envious of me!", it was the organized religion that made us think our nature is sinful, and impoverished, which therefore resulted in poverty, sins, and misery.
Greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world. - 1 John 4:4
Stop dealing with poverty, instead, go home by remembering who your Father is. You're royal-born! You came through your mother's womb, not from! Your Heavenly Father sent you here for a divine purpose (we are on a mission from God - Blues Brothers). You're employed by the King! Be born again, and worry not, 'cause you've never left Father's heart. The only reason you can go to Heaven is because that's where you came from. God is not out of distance.
From now on, don't ever take the name of the Lord (or your own) in vain, by adding something negative to the I AM. Let the weak say, I AM strong! (Joel 3:10)
So, who do you think you are?
