We have a habit of complaining. And we do that we don't fix the problems that are in front of us. Like say those things which don't do good for us. And we tend to push that burden on other people. Here you can see we tend to have this psychological frustration on how to get out of the complaining situation.
In short we complain when we can't do anything about the problem. Be it in the govt issues, school, office or even sometimes at home and marriage. So this is like a cycle where we keep on drowning and we keep on having issues with our life in general.
In short, complaining has a cycle and there is nothing we can do much about those issues if we are not planning to fix things so what are some of the things we can fix and what we can think of them next year?
So let's assume that in 2025 we are going to be fixing our life. And for that we have specific set of the variables and we are attempting to make life lot easier and better for our own self with the life in general. So let's talk about that.
Let's first start from the health. Here we have to walk day and night twice. Like two times every day you have to walk. You have to walk like 10 minutes minimum and 30 minutes maximum. Which would help you understand your body better. And this would require you to focus on the health side as well. So that is the first focus for the new year.
Next comes the finances. Like say you have finances to fix. You have to start saving and also keep on building the life around the savings. When you do that you end up making your life much more robust and secure with those systematic savings paying off for you in the end. So your investment efforts, steps and the growth done in general eventually does well for you there.
So complain but try to fix it with some realistic actions and if you do that it would go in the direction of fixing your year!
