And that profile building and how the creator work that you are doing slowly takes shape. In short how it works? You are building the profile, you spend time with people and it would burn time.
When you burn the time you are going to be building the connections. And that networking and the control that you have with the people is going to decide how the time being spent. More you time spent in real life you are going to have to burn some time. And collectively you are spending more time with the site and the return of investment is not always respectable.
When you are writing online make sure to have schedule. Like say Hive you have to give like 1 hour and make sure to have ROI out of those actions. This way you are going to justify your investment and also the time based investment makes sense too.
Creator burnout happens when you burn more time on the platforms and you don't get the return of investment. So make sure to batch schedule your content, earn referrals, friends connection on each platform and make sure to spread your efforts which would reduce your burnout once you reduce time spending.
