This week we were given different dashboards and also our work has started to change. We are being trained on deepseek AI and the AI seems to be pretty cheap for the data handling work we do. Though there are no AI being written or creator thankfully to get our work done.
If that happens then I may have to wait for other jobs and maybe even get to do the delivery work on the side. The reason being most of the company owners would prefer hiring AI and the agents instead of people. And they would pull the plug when they see fit.
So there is a change wave being told in the job market. And they are asking people to adapt to the change and if they don't then there would be days when the next salary would be difficult to reach to their bank account on consistent basis.
In short be ready for massive AI revolution.
Why does training becomes threatening and risky? Most of our tools are being replaced and the work that used to take hours would be done in minutes too. Which is kind of expected considering the people who use AI and build tools using AI are making use of the AI for replacing humans in the due process.
Learn is not easy. It requires effort and you have many steps to go through. Considering you want speed and also good with the prompt, this would require some level of the efforts on the users part for this to work. I personally started to love the prompt typing at job. As that has made my work lot quicker.
However all of this would change once the automation tools would take voice input and also it would read what you want to do in grand scheme for the prompt. My learning so far is that you have to learn how prompts work and use them which would speed up your job and also retains you for the job.
You may find this new learning change risky and odd and boring, but do it anyway for the job.
