Shades of Blue
The image below is taken one early morning after days of passing through a storm and wavy seas. The calmness of the waters after a storm makes this scenery worth taking a shot.
You can see different shades of blue in the images... from the light blue colored sky up above down to the deep dark blue sea below. The different shades of blue seemed to meet in the distant horizon with a hint of minute white lines. A beautiful sight indeed.
Staring in the porthole of my cabin to watch the sky and waves of the sea has always been my favorite thing to do. Calms the wary and tired body. And it so happens that after several days of sailing through a storm, this morning scenery is what greeted me when I took a peek in my window.
Another storm has passed...another beautiful day to enjoy life...
