Cuando estamos en una conversación y alguien habla de otra persona con respecto a su honestidad, prestamos mucha atención, ya que en el caso de no haber honestidad por parte de alguien o bien no es transparente muy difícil que exista algún tipo de confianza hacia esa persona.

La honestidad (MAKOTO):

El valor de la honestidad siempre cambia el ambiente, genera unos entornos mucho más favorables para llevar adelante y desarrollar el trabajo, también para cumplir los objetivos planteados por la empresa, no podemos dejar de lado que la honestidad siempre fomenta el trabajo en equipo.


Cuándo nos referimos a ser honestos dentro de la empresa podemos referirnos a las acciones que se detallan a continuación:


  • No utilizar la información de la empresa de una mala manera o que perjudique la misma.

  • No engañar a los superiores o a los líderes.

  • No compartir absolutamente con nadie ajeno a la compañía la información confidencial.

  • No utilizar para algún tipo de beneficio personal los recursos disponibles propiedad de la empresa.

  • Debemos reconocer las situaciones adversas y sobretodo los errores.

  • Debemos cumplir con toda la normativa establece la empresa.

Pudiéramos nombrar muchísimos más acciones que incluyen ser honestos dentro de la empresa.

  • We must recognize adverse situations and above all mistakes.

  • We must comply with all regulations established by the company.

Honesty really makes work in the company easy . When there’s no iota of doubt or distrust in the company the working environment will be a soothing , accommodating and purposeful .

Honesty is very important in our work or company. We should never share the info to outside people. more over if you hold a big number of secret in the company regarding the company work and performance. Unless It is against the law, then you might be able to report it to the police.
