unemployment a serious issue.

Unemployment is increasing very fast everywhere because the population is increasing. All the companies are firing people because if someone wants to make a profit and if a company can save money by reducing the number of employees, then they will probably do so. Many companies are firing old employees because they have to pay higher salaries to the old employees, instead of saving it, they are hiring new employees who they have to keep on a lower salary and in this way, they are also saving a lot of money. Yes, firing all the old employees would be a foolish thing, maybe they will not do it because by doing this they will not have any experienced employees and this can prove to be very dangerous for the business. Well, from many reasons for unemployment, I think population and lack of proper skills are a big reason for unemployment, so if you are studying now, then you should focus on your skills. Because in the end, you are going to be below your scale, not your degree, no matter what level of education you have done before, if you are not good at heart or I would say you are not good at any particular thing, then this can be a negative point for you and it can also impact your job, if you are a skilled person, then you can get a lot of benefits from it and you can also get a good package ...

The Accidental Comedy of Zoom Meetings

One of the funniest yet strangeest experiences I've had was during the COVID 19 lockdown. Most people were made to stay indoors and were unable to go to their various jobs, but luckily for me, I could because I at the time work at a manufacturing company that produces sacks and baggings for different food manufacturing companies around the country. However, not everyone amongst us was allowed to work except those who work in the factory directly. And being that I at the time was doubling as both the supervisor and audit manager, it means I had to give a report back to my superior about what happened after each day of work, how many tons were produced, and what we've shipped to their various destinations. On that faithful weekend, I had been called by my branch manager, who happened to be a Lebanese, that I wouldn't only be giving him feedback, but most of the management board of the organization. I guess they all want to hear from me directly what's going on at the factory since the majority of them had traveled back to their country and were held back due to the worldwide lockdown of COVID 19 ...

It took me some minutes to figure out what was funny or strange to write about and now that I finally remembered one experience, I had to even laugh at myself, lol. Anyways, this is my entry for the , do well to check it out. So one strange experience I’ve had among others was when I was still a little girl. Back then, my siblings and I lived with just my dad so we had to learn how to do most things by ourselves so we don’t make the burden too much on my dad. Personally, I have always enjoyed learning new things especially when I know it is of use to myself and others. My dad was a great cook yeah, so I always tried as much as possible to wake up when ever I see he was already up ...

What is your phobia?
Curated By: @amberkashif

Phobia is an extreme fear of something. I want to believe that every human has a natural phobia although some people may yet to discover their own because they never explore to the extent of finding it out. Based on the one I have experienced, I would be listing my phobias. Acrophobia This is the fear of heights and the first time I discovered this was in the year 2014, I remember vividly that one of the telecommunication companies wanted to erect their mast in front of the house where I lived, and we the members of the community were employed to do labor for them, so I decided to climb the mast as I have seen their main workers done but I have not even taken many steps, as I look down, I started feeling dizzy and was losing control of myself that I had to close my eyes and get down as fast as I can and that was how I knew height is not in my favor and must avoid anything of such. Claustrophobia This is the fear of being stuck in a tight space or small place, I am someone that does not feel good when there is not enough air for me to breathe in, I saw something online recently, a sane man woke up and felt the next thing for him to do was to crawl inside a small hole in a cave and unfortunately for him, he got stuck there and died 24 hours later, up till now his dead body is still stuck in that cave because there was no way to get him out. I know this is one of the things I will never try out because my phobia of confined spaces won't let me risk my life ...
