Hace unos días un desarrollados con el que estamos trabajando hace ya un par de años me invitó a un almuerzo "A conversar", desde ya que acepté la invitación, en medio de la conversación en el almuerzo, después preguntarme mucho acerca de como me manejo en mi trabajo me hizo la propuesta: Te ofrezco x cantidad de dinero mas comisión, luego de responderle me preguntó: ¿ puede ser tu esposa?, entonces lo último ha sido lo siguiente: "Quizás alguien de tu equipo".
A few days ago a developer with whom we have been working for a couple of years invited me to a lunch "To talk", of course I accepted the invitation, in the middle of the conversation at lunch, after asking me a lot about about how I handle my job, he made me the proposal: I offer you x amount of money plus commission, after answering he asked me: can it be your wife? Then the last thing was the following: "Maybe someone from your team."
Al final el almuerzo y el encuentro tuvo sus frutos pero en otra dirección y la propuesta del desarrollador ha sido la siguiente: "Entonces te puedo dar 4 unidades para que lo vendas", cerramos trato.
In the end the lunch and the meeting had its fruits but in another direction and the developer's proposal was the following: "Then I can give you 4 units to sell it", we closed the deal.
Hoy hemos tenido la presentación para la venta de 21 unidades de un hermoso edificio en desarrollo, ya es el tercero de esta empresa, la reunión ha sido un éxito iniciamos una nueva temporada.
Today we had the presentation for the sale of 21 units of a beautiful building under development, it is already the third for this company, the meeting has been a success, we started a new season.
Continuando con las propuestas, hoy tuve la invitación de un empresario, asistí a su oficina bajo la excusa "Vamos a conversar de negocios". En toda la conversación se puso interesante cuando la propuesta ha sido la siguiente: "¿Cuanto te tendríamos que pagar para que trabajes con nosotros?", luego que escucharon mi argumento entendieron que yo no saldría o cambiaría la empresa en la que trabajo, nuevamente la conversación tomó un mejor giro y su siguiente propuesta ha sido: "Te vamos a asignar el desarrollo que tenemos para que lo vendas", mi respuesta ha sido HECHO!.
Continuing with the proposals, today I had an invitation from a businessman, I attended his office under the excuse "Let's talk about business." Throughout the conversation it became interesting when the proposal was the following: "How much would we have to pay you to work with us?" After they heard my argument they understood that I would not leave or change the company I work for, again The conversation took a better turn and his next proposal was: "We are going to assign you the development we have so you can sell it", my response was DONE!
Es algo impresionante que nunca me había sucedido, se presentaron dos propuestas, una de ellas muy atractiva en términos monetarios. Esto sin dudas me demuestra que estamos haciendo un buen trabajo, no solo yo, junto al equipo que de alguna manera me eleva al siguiente nivel.
It is something impressive that had never happened to me, two proposals were presented, one of them very attractive in monetary terms. This undoubtedly shows me that we are doing a good job, not just me, along with the team that somehow elevates me to the next level.
