Saludos a todos los de esta linda comunidad. Soy de Venezuela, y estoy viviendo en Brasil hace ya dos años.
Estoy en el estado de Amazonas y quiero compartir con todos ustedes un poco de esta linda cultura.
En esta linda aventura que inicie junto a mi esposa en el año 2019 que llegamos Manaus.
Ah Sido camino muy hermoso; sobre todo el conocer la cultura de Brasil, que no es fácil. Porque Brasil es tan grande que en cada región tienen algo que otras lugar de Brasil no lo tienen.
Pero algo que identifica todo brasileiro; es su forma de comer.
Claro como todos nosotros; tenemos en cada país algo que en la comida nos parecemos todos.
En Brasil todos a la hora de almorzar o cenar no puede faltar la farinha. Que le voy a dejar una foto; para que conozcan.
A nosotros los venezolanos nos recuerda un poco a lo que llanos casabe en nuestro país. Porque aquí en Brasil ellos comen en todo momento la farinha.
Es un producto que no falta en la cosina de los brasileños y lo comen con todo.
Al arroz le colocan farinha
A la sopa le colocan farinha
A la parrilla, carne asada; no puede faltar la farinha.
Y viendo todo esta cultura de ello me propuse a probar, y lo uso ya no en todas mis comidas; pero si en algunas.
Si han tienen pensado en viajar a Brasil; tienes que probar la farinha. Que Dios me los bendiga a todos
