Greetings and welcome to the first of my posts for 2024. It's another beautiful day here in Paradise on this southernmost shore of the African continent.
I dare to say the Summer season is upon us and a beautiful warm atmosphere permeates the forest in which I find myself.
Other than that for the first post of the year I find myself to be ahead of the curve. Now you may have heard this saying that by 2030 you will own nothing and be happy, propounded by the WEF globalist elites. Well it's still 6 years to go and I am already there, so I am ahead of all you guys and already sitting on cloud 9.
My life here in Paradise finds me with no electricity, and currently no vehicle, and nothing really like work or income of any sort from my day job. That leaves me with nothing to lose except perhaps this mobile phone and the laptop which I don't even use anymore.
Here it's a beautiful life with no electricity, off the grid, living in the forest far from the town with no transport and fortunately rain water to survive.
What a pleasant existence this is; the perfect life for a Yogi and a meditator who has walked away from the material world, connected only by a smartphone.
This is the life of the digital nomad and space cadet, free floating, free loading, forward thinking, play it forward, pay it forward, effervescent, absolutely relativity in the only time and space called the hear and now.
As you can perhaps tell, the giddy euphoria of New Year is in the atmosphere and spilling out from my mind onto the page. May this be a sign of things to come in the year ahead which has just started.
This year we race into uncharted territory where anything is possible and they are no limits to the heights and depths of the human condition as it unfolds now like never before in our lifetime.
Some will find themselves soaring to the moon this year while others may find themselves plummeting into a Mediterranean Sea as they are pushed off the continent by those more eager to set up the beach front condominium on the shore of that desert beach.
The coming year certainly plans to be an exceptional one, with all sorts of interesting developments on the cards for us here on the planet. I plan to keep it simple, while keeping the goal in mind.
If we can simply make it through 2024 then that and itself would be just great, since even that might be a tall order considering the interesting dynamics which are currently unfolding on the planet.
As we are bombarded by solar flares of massive proportions, we can certainly expect some of us to experience a shake up from a geological, political and social point of view.
I hope that wherever you are on the shaky planet that we call home, that you will brace for impact, strap on your seat belts and get ready for the ride of a lifetime.
Once we're through the other side of 2024, the dust might be able to settle and we might be able to see our way clearly into the future. But until then the ride through 2024 might be a bumpy one, so I hope that you have your picnic basket packed because we may need a few snacks along the way.
