Dear friends, how happy I am to be able to write in this community for the first time. I've been wanting to post something here for a few days, because I like the good vibe. I really like the content that is created, so I thought it would be a good idea to contribute my grain of sand. In this case I am going to share with you a poem that I have recently made. I hope you like it, by the way it is inspired by my own experiences.
In a corner of this world,
I saw you, unknown, and time stopped.
An instant was enough for my soul to undress me,
and in your deep eyes, my universe found its course.
Your steps were a dance on the daily ground,
your laughter, a sweet that the wind caressed.
My heart, asleep, woke up in that instant,
and a sincere heartbeat of love was proclaimed.
I did not know your name, nor your hidden history,
but in your clear gaze, I found my reflection.
Like two rivers that meet in life,
my soul, through yours, found its mirror.
Your lips, still sealed, kept a thousand words,
and in my breast burned the desire to hear them.
Without saying a single sentence, without a single gesture,
our hearts already knew what was certain.
Love at first sight, divine mystery,
that without warning arrives and transforms destinies.
In a glance, in a sigh, a sincere, deep love is born,
a sincere, deep and serene love is born.
Perhaps time will pass and their paths will separate,
but this fleeting love will never fade away.
Because in the depths of the soul, there will always be a corner,
where love at first sight, in silence, will live.
