At the end of last year, the 2023 edition of the International Tourism Fair of Venezuela (FITVEN, for its acronym in Spanish) was held at the Flor de Venezuela Cultural Center, located a short distance from my home.
During the days of this event, exhibitors from the different states or regions of the country, national and international airlines, companies and organizations linked to the tourism sector were present, as well as delegations from Latin America, Asia and Europe, who presented to the attendees the benefits of their products and the attractions of their respective federal entities or countries, including samples of their culture and gastronomy.
Both inside and outside the cultural center, hundreds of stands were set up for exhibitors, where handicraft sales stood out, as well as food stands that were crowded with diners. There were also lectures and conferences, as well as business rounds between local, national and international entrepreneurs.
As the event was held at the end of November, there were presentations by musical groups, including a children's bell choir from the neighboring town of El Tocuyo that performed Christmas carols from the universal popular songbook.
As I have described in previous publications, I used the editing tools offered by Picsart and Snapseed applications to intervene the original image to my satisfaction.
A finales del año pasado, se realizó la Feria Internacional de Turismo de Venezuela (FITVEN) en su edición de 2023 en el Centro Cultural Flor de Venezuela, ubicado a corta distancia de mi hogar.
Durante los días que duró este evento, estuvieron presentes expositores de los diferentes estados o regiones del país, aerolíneas nacionales e internacionales, empresas y organismos vinculados con el sector turismo, además de delegaciones provenientes de América Latina, Asia y Europa, que presentaron a los asistentes las bondades de sus productos y los atractivos de sus respectivas entidades federales o países, incluyendo muestras de su cultura y de su gastronomía.
Tanto en el interior del centro cultural como en sus áreas exteriores, se colocaron cientos de stands para los expositores, donde destacaban las ventas de artesanías, así como locales de comida que estuvieron abarrotados de comensales. También se presentaron charlas y conferencias, además de rondas de negocios entre empresarios locales, nacionales e internacionales.
Como el evento se realizó a finales de Noviembre, hubo presentaciones de agrupaciones musicales, incluyendo un coro infantil de campanas de la vecina población de El Tocuyo que interpretó villancicos y temas navideños pertenecientes al cancionero popular universal.
Tal como lo he descrito en publicaciones anteriores, usé las herramientas de edición que ofrecen las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed para intervenir las imágenes originales a mi entera satisfacción.
