Les quiero contar que me voy a mudar muy pronto, hoy fuimos de visita a la casa y me di cuenta que en el patio hay una planta de ají, no saben lo necesario que es el ají en la cocina, el ají para mí lo es todo sobre todo a la hora de cocinar granos, de verdad, pasé los 5 años que estoy fuera del país sin este al niño súper esencial, solo hay que tener cuidado porque el ají rojo pica, no crean que las iba a ser verde, ahorita está así porque todavía no ha alcanzado su nivel de madurez, pero pronto estará pimentón y estará listo para ser usado para condimentar las mejores comidas.
