I will continue talking about the book of Proverbs of the sacred scriptures, where what stands out most is the theme of wisdom. Wisdom and knowledge not only enrich internally, but also act as vital defenses against negative influences, guiding the individual along a correct and just path.

When wisdom enters your heart, And knowledge pleases your soul, Discretion will keep you; He will preserve your understanding, To deliver you from the evil way, From men who speak evil things,

Proverbs 2:10-12

"When wisdom enters your heart, and knowledge pleases your soul."

Wisdom is not just a matter of intellect, but something that must be treasured internally, in the heart and soul. Wisdom and knowledge should be deeply valued and appreciated.

"Discretion will keep you; Intelligence will preserve you,"

Discretion and intelligence are presented as guardians that protect the individual. Discretion implies prudence and the ability to discern, while intelligence refers to the ability to understand and apply knowledge wisely.

"To deliver you from the evil way, From men who speak wicked things,"

The purpose of wisdom, discretion and intelligence is to protect a person from following wrong paths and from being influenced by those who speak with malice or deceit. Wisdom provides the clarity and strength necessary to avoid being seduced by evil behaviors and words.

La discreción y la inteligencia son presentadas como guardianes que protegen al individuo. La discreción implica prudencia y capacidad de discernir, mientras que la inteligencia se refiere a la capacidad de entender y aplicar el conocimiento sabiamente.

"Para librarte del mal camino, De los hombres que hablan perversidades,"

El propósito de la sabiduría, la discreción y la inteligencia es proteger a la persona de seguir caminos erróneos y de ser influenciada por aquellos que hablan con malicia o engaño. La sabiduría proporciona la claridad y la fuerza necesarias para evitar ser seducido por conductas y palabras perversas.
