We're back to #POBPhotocontest. This week's topic is NIGHT.
We know that night photography is quite difficult because of the low light environment, especially when we're using a smartphone. Even though smartphone cameras are getting more sophisticated nowadays with high resolution and supporting features, they still have limitations anyway.
For me, who doesn't have a camera, I try my best to take pictures with my smartphone. Like when I take photos of my city at night.
Jakarta, the city where I live, is the capital city of Indonesia. It divided into five regions: Central Jakarta, North Jakarta, West Jakarta, South Jakarta, East Jakarta, and the Thousand Islands Administrative District.
These photos are a little picture of the Central Jakarta area, precisely in the area around the Hotel Indonesia roundabout, which is one of the icons of the city. This very area, called the Thamrin area, based on its road name, is one of the centers for luxurious office buildings, hotels, and malls.
