Ever tried setting a goal to finish a book , or follow up on your weekly schedule for the week or month and doing all these on your Mobile Phone . Well it's usually mission impossible , because there's so many distractions once your data icon is turned on , from WhatsApp messages , to Instagram notication to stumbling or trending tiktok challenge . You name it, it's never to easy to achieve . I've had a pdf download and I've been trying so had to finish the books but all to know avail. Most time you need extra discipline and live for the book , the willingness to gain knowledge and many other factors to he able to concentrate on the goals and timelines we give ourselves to achieve success. The world is evolving and aside our beds and toilets we carry almost everything thing we need on our device. So getting distracted from a lot of notifications is not a suprise.
Most time it's usually difficult to test the brain to function and collaborate to concentrating on the task ahead if use . Such as dropping that sure update for the internet or post that tutorial fro your students without getting distracted is a proof that truly the brain can overcome distractions and do help us communicate with our body efficiently. The mind and the boy must work at this rate to be hungry enough for knowledge to put down that phone and learn or use the airplane mode and achieve success to fly on plans . 🤔🤔🤷🤷🤷
Whatever the case maybe a digital concentration is something that is in high demand for and I wish to access it 🥰🥰🥰.
