Sleep and Insomnia

matter how much work we have at hand sleep is something that must overwhelm us in order for the body to relax, for the next activities that awaits us , but sometimes after Along day and you really want to sleep but find it difficult this is the popular disorder called Insomnia. When you feel like sleeping and it's not coming forth, in most cases you pretend that you're sleeping and suddenly you fall asleep, eventually but most cases you still don't fall asleep.
‌Insomnia a popular sleep disorder that makes it difficult to fall asleep , stay asleep or make you wake up a bit too early . And you feel too tired when you wake up . Insomnia can creep into your mood, not just your mood your energy level your health ,work performance and The quality of your Life. How much of sleep a person gets depends on the individual. Normally every adult requires seven to eight hours of a good night sleep, to an extent many adults experience short term Insomnia also known as Acute Insomnia. It could linger for as long as four days and up to one week .it is usually triggered by stress or a very tragic event that often replace in the mind of a person. They are also individuals that suffer The chronic Insomnia which is the long-term which lingers on more than one month to almost a year where we don't have to fight it a few changes in your daily habit to solve the disorder in most cases.

Insomina Symptoms : The symptoms of this disorder could include

  1. *Waking up at night
    2.Waking up unusually early
    3.Tiredness during the day or Sleepiness
  2. Difficulty falling asleep
  3. Increased Accidentally Events
  4. To many worries about sleep
    Also some of the causes of Insomnia could be stress , Travel and Heavy work schedule less sleep habit. Eating to much food very late in the evening.
    Eating very light before going to bed is ok but eating , excessive heavy food before bedtime could cause you to expensive heartburn or a backward process from your stomach to your oesophagus , causing you to automatically wake up so as not to choke to death . Too many things are a factor but most importantly ;
    Stay Active ; A consistent active procedure helps contribute to a good night's sleep.
    Do less nap time during the day, check your medication if you're on drugs it could contribute to Insomnia.
    Avoid heavy meals and drinks before bedtime. I've experienced this myself and so, doing this would definitely help your sleep time if you could follow these rules.
    Like a popular definition ; Sleep is a deeper rest one you shouldn't deny yourself , subconsciously .
