Years ago, there was this sister that cheerfully greeted me, but I responded in an unpleasant way towards her due to the fact that I was having a bad day that day and not in a good mood. Still, to this day, if I greet her, she still reacts somehow, and I know it was because of what happened years ago. I regretted my actions, which I am now trying to make amends for by greeting her cheerfully now.

Though it's been years, her reactions show that she hasn't forgotten. It's just greetings, which I didn't respond well to, but to her, it may have hurt her. No one actually knows what you are facing or passing through until you speak up. We are humans and not God, who knows everyone's thoughts until you tell someone. No one can know what you are passing through, and being moody and squeezing your face up and down won't solve anything or reacting to someone in an unpleasant way because of your problem is not the solution.

As a matter of fact, everyone is facing one thing or the other; they are just putting on that smiling face. Behind every smile is an untold story, so you now looking like your problem is not the way out. Talk to God; He is a problem solver. And if you need to talk to someone, don't keep quiet, thinking people will ask you what's wrong because of your being moody is wrong. Why not speak up? If you need help, tell someone, then don't bring your problem to the office or school, and because of it, react to everyone in a wrong way; that's uncalled for.
I realized that I had taking out my frustrations on someone who didn't deserve it. struggling with issues should not be an excuse for treating someone with unkindness
Pray to God, talk to someone, and wear that smiling face. Squeezing your face makes you ugly. So smile; everything will be fine. God is in your business. He will never leave you nor forsake you. Cheers
