However, it is important to recognize the harmful effects of colorism and other forms of discrimination that black Africans may face in various aspects of society, including beauty standards. We should strive to celebrate and uplift all forms of black beauty, including those that are not traditionally recognized by mainstream media or beauty standards, and to work towards creating a more inclusive and equitable society where all individuals are valued and respected.
