Hi mushroom lovers, I hope we are all always happy, today I am very excited and very happy because I can greet my friends again in the #FungiFriday challenge organized by my brother @ewkaw.
Last night it rained very heavily until it still drizzled until this morning which made the air humid and very cold, today I also feel very happy because I managed to find a very beautiful orange mushroom species.
The mushroom that I found today on the trunk of a long-dead areca nut tree is the Gymnopilus dryophilus mushroom, this mushroom has a yellow color on all parts of the mushroom and also grows close to each other.
Seeing the mushroom up close and from below makes the mushroom look even more beautiful, at first glance this mushroom also looks like it shines like gold when exposed to direct sunlight.
This mushroom is a very rare mushroom and is rarely found in our area, luckily I found this mushroom at the right time today when the mushroom was still blooming.
Although it looks beautiful, this mushroom cannot be consumed because it contains toxins that are dangerous to humans, so if you find this mushroom in the forest you can only enjoy its beauty because you cannot eat it.
Then I also found another species of mushroom that is no less beautiful than the first mushroom above, the name of this mushroom is Lepiota Mushroom, this mushroom has a small stem shape and a larger umbrella.
This mushroom is white with a little black in the middle of the mushroom umbrella, this mushroom looks like it grows alone on damp ground next to green moss.
Although it looks beautiful, this mushroom cannot be eaten because it is poisonous, this mushroom is also one of the rare mushrooms that I managed to find today.
These are two species of beautiful mushrooms that I found today to share with my friends, thank you for my friends who have visited my post about mushrooms today, see you on the next Fungi Friday.
