FUNGIFRDAY : Sarcoscypha Coccinea

in #hive-1513272 years ago

After a few days of writing or posting on the Hive Blog, I'm now beginning to discover a number of communities that I may join, such as this one for mushrooms. This is my first post in this community and this is the first mushroom image I published on the Hive blog.

In any case, where I can readily gather mushrooms is not distant from the house where I currently reside. There are many other mushrooms, so perhaps I'll share them with all of my buddies the next time. I captured this mushroom with a smartphone. This mushroom was picked up right behind the house.

The name of the fungus I'm sharing this time is Sarcoscypha Coccinea, and after reading some of my other friends' posts here, I discovered that they were also using a Google lens to search for the name of the mushroom.

This time, there were three of them that were nearly the same size;

How cool are these! I've never seen anything similar, but I'd love to, and do a photo shoot as well. You're lucky!

Thanks a lot @erikah , Keep an eye out for the mushrooms I'll be posting on Friday as there are many of those around here. Hope you enjoy it once more. :)

Thanks for letting me know :)

Thank you very much qurator and ewkaw

Such cute little guys. One of my favourite :)
Though I think this is Cookeina Tricholoma - they are hairy and have more pronounced legs like the ones you shot.

Welcome to the community and happy #Fungifriday!

Thank you very much; I was mistaken about the name; going forward, I will carefully consider the names of the mushrooms I provide. :)

I love these! I saw many people posting pictures of this type here, but I never have enough of them. These don’t grow where I live, so I can only see them through other people’s lenses. Thank you for sharing 💙

I'm delighted you liked it, and I appreciate your feedback. Next Friday, I'll attempt to share some of the other mushrooms I have in my neighborhood. :)

I’m looking forward to seeing them 🤩

I missed it due to some activities, forgive me :)

You are forgiven 😉
