This is the entry I mentioned the other day about the other life out there at Camp David. Something about the floral and mycelial landscape that catches the eye. And not just for humans. I have 5 HBI for anyone that can count all the center staged insects in the photos here!
We'll start with all the pretty flowers, one of which, I don't ever recall seeing before. And yes, that one is only a plant, but it's gorgeous with the purple contrasting the green. I also really like the way the yellow wild daisy came out.

And here, I will drop the mushrooms and blend this Saturday post into a #fungifriday fiesta! Are lichen considered mushrooms or in the funga kingdom? There was a huge patch on a rock we first thought was a turtle lmao 🤣
I think I did ok focusing on different parts of some of these to get so e neat shots. Oh hey, did I tell you I'm taking photography classes and joined the Cookeville Camera Club? Ya, I know, like I need anything else to keep me busy, right? Just wanted to something for me because I love taking pictures.
Well, what do you think? A few different angles and lighting makes quite the difference, eh? Would you eat any of those? I bet the fae are happy I'm jealous of their efficient homes 😁. Hope you all have a good weekend and REMEMBER TO BE YOU! I always am, because I am!
