Good evening to all my beloved hive friends and to all my respected mushroom lover friends ♥️
Wednesday the 19th was my last day in Banda Aceh, and I was forced to return to my hometown because I was not feeling well and my sister replaced me to accompany my mother in the hospital, while I decided to stay a few days in the village before returning to Banda Aceh to accompany my mother again. Right on Thursday night I arrived in my hometown in Bireuen and I immediately rested.
And right on Thursday morning when I was sitting in the hut in front of my house suddenly a friend came who planned to invite me to go to the foot of the mountain in the forest to hunt for mushrooms considering that Friday was only a day away, hearing the invitation from my friend I was very tempted even though I remembered that my body was not completely healthy, but considering that it had been a long time since I went to the foot of the mountain I decided to do this adventure.
And exactly at 09.30 we immediately left the house with all the preparations that we had prepared, we made this trip using a motorbike and decided to go to my uncle's plantation first which was far in the forest to park the motorbike and after that we decided to walk to enter the forest.
The journey was very long, of course we had to pass many hills and very steep roads to get to my uncle's garden, and from the top of the hill I had time to capture some of the views that accompanied us on this journey, views of the natural beauty of the mountains that were truly extraordinary.
After about an hour's journey, we finally arrived at my uncle's garden. As soon as we arrived at my uncle's garden, we immediately parked our motorbike under the hut and immediately decided to continue the journey on foot, or we called it an adventure.
This time we took the adventure towards the river, considering that it had not rained in our area for several days, so of course the atmosphere was dry and mushrooms were very difficult to find, so for this adventure we took it towards the river because on the banks of the river there were still damp or cold places.
Our position at that time was indeed in the forest, however, we continued to walk following the river current while looking for the best spot as a place for us to hunt mushrooms, as we already know, mushrooms grow in humid places or have cold weather, so of course we chose to enter the dense forest with large trees so that mushrooms are easy to find.
After walking for about 15 minutes following the river current, we took a short break on the edge of the river to eat first considering the journey we took was very far.
We also took a short break somewhere on the edge of the river and were accompanied by the extraordinary natural beauty such as the beauty of the waterfall and other natural beauty, which made our lunch at that time feel more delicious and more meaningful.
However, one thing that made me feel that this adventure was very different from previous adventures, was that during this adventure I felt my body was very weak and very tired, maybe because my body was not completely healthy.
After resting for about 30 minutes, we immediately packed up our things and equipment and went straight into the forest to hunt for mushrooms.
Of course, the forest we entered was a forest that was still very fresh and there was not the slightest sign of damage caused by humans or other natural factors, the large trees and wild plants still looked fresh, indicating that the condition of the forest was still very healthy.
And in this forest itself there is no path, so we have to cut tree branches to make our own path, so we immediately started hunting.
And this is the first mushroom I managed to find in this forest, this small but beautiful red mushroom grows on a tree branch covered by bushes. To be able to photograph the beauty of this mushroom, of course I have to move this mushroom first to a brighter place so that I can get enough light to photograph it to produce a beautiful detailed image.
This mushroom has a distinctive red color, and has a slightly longer stem. My success in finding this red mushroom makes me even more enthusiastic to continue exporting this forest so that I can get several other unique types of mushrooms.
In this still very fresh forest, it is certainly not difficult for me to find several types of unique mushrooms, but the many tree branches make it very difficult for me to cut them because these mushrooms grow abundantly in dark or damp places.
And this is the second mushroom that I managed to find in this forest.
Just like the previous mushroom, I managed to find this mushroom growing on a dead tree branch, but what makes it different is that this mushroom is larger than the previous mushroom and its colors are varied but identical to yellow and green.
And in this forest I managed to find a small river that made me very interested in immediately going down into it.
Even my friends are busy looking for mushrooms around this forest.
The tree branches that covered the river made it very difficult for me to enter it, I had to walk with my head down to be able to enter it. However, my efforts paid off very satisfyingly for me because I managed to find a very unique mushroom around this river.

This mushroom is relatively small in size and has a very dark color like the color of tea, but if I look closely, this mushroom is very similar to the wood ear mushroom, both in terms of color and in terms of its texture which is very soft.
I spent about 5 hours in this forest and it was very tiring. I found many types of mushrooms in this forest, but I chose to photograph only some unique mushrooms.
I continued to explore this forest until I also managed to find the very beautiful hairy cup mushroom.
However, different from the ones I have managed to find, this hairy cup mushroom is smaller in size but with very thick white hairs. Although I often come across this mushroom now, to be honest, I never get bored with the beauty offered by this hairy cup mushroom.
However, after exploring the forest for quite some time, suddenly my body felt very weak so I decided to rest again and also decided to end my mushroom hunting this time.
