Hello dear Hive friends! This post for #FungiFriday by @ewkaw. One day I went to my neighbor's farm in the mountains to dig bamboo shoots and I showed this kind mushrooms growing around over there a lot.
During the dry season, there were no rain, wildfires and almost all of the bamboo and other plants burned. But some bamboo and plants do not die. After some rain, it withered again and produced many bamboo shoots.
If I have more time, I also want to find mushrooms that grow elsewhere, but that day I do not have time, I have to go back home to make lunch.
This is a mushroom that grows near my little house. It has a beautiful purple color. I want to take a lot of pictures of it, but my camera is not pretty anyway.
Last week, a family in this village gave me the sunflower plant. After I planted them in the land edge closed to the river. Then my hands got dirty, I went to wash my hands in the river and saw a lot of mushrooms growing there. These fungi grow from dead tree roots.
This kind mushroom looks like oysters mushrooms but I am not sure if they are the same or not. So I scared to pick them. It's easier to buy from the seller because we know it is safe. Good night everyone from Cambodia 🇰🇭.
