Hello hiver friends wherever you are, we meet again this Friday, and this is my contribution to #fungifriday this time by @ewkaw .

Towards the end of October it rains regularly every day, day or night, maybe this is what is called the peak of the rainy season, the air and the wind that blows feel cold, the sun rarely shows itself.

But this is very profitable for us Mushroom hunters, mushrooms seem to grow everywhere, we can easily find them, no need to travel far to get beautiful mushrooms for now.

Like this mushroom Schizophyllum commune or Gerigit mushrooms or better known as Chinese fan mushrooms, these beautiful fan-like mushrooms are very numerous and very easy to find for now.

This genus usually grows attached to dead or rotting wood or twigs, in the rain they grow very fertile and beautiful as shown in the picture.

Well... while rejuvenating the eyes with a photo of mushrooms, I will tell you a little about my experience with my best friend named Andi, some time ago I met him when I was about to go hunting for mushrooms, we had time to hang out and have coffee together for a while.

Andi is a super busy person, we just sat for a while I told him a little about mushrooms, and he responded "Why are mushrooms only in photos, picked and consumed, it's more interesting" he said laughing.

Given my friend's words, there is indeed a point, considering that many mushrooms are processed into delicious culinary delights and this inspires me, and I tried the steps suggested by my friend.

And it is said that the Gerigit mushroom or Chinese fan mushroom is a mushroom that can be consumed and the texture is very delicious, and I started picking mushrooms.

But it's a shame I couldn't take pictures while picking and collecting mushrooms, considering the rain was still drizzling and I had to go around looking for mushrooms and I only acted alone.

Mushrooms must also be sorted and cleaned first, because I take them directly from nature, and washing before cooking is the most important thing for maintaining our health.

Honestly, I'm not an expert in concocting mushroom dishes, then I leave it to the expert, namely my mother, and you can see the results.

Mushrooms and prawns are a very cool combination and are sauteed with green chilies, I don't want to praise them, but I will tell you a little about the taste, the texture of the mushrooms is very soft, the spicy taste of green chilies and added a little cayenne pepper makes the tongue sway a little and my advice you should try it , very suitable to taste the rainy season.

Chinese fan mushrooms or gerigit mushrooms are beautiful mushrooms that are easy to grow during the rainy season and very easy to find, and rain is a gift for us, and nature has provided what we need, it just depends on us how to use it.

See you on the next fungifriday next week.

Thank you..

Best regard
