I pray that you are all well there, today Friday I went to the market to buy mushrooms but unfortunately I have been around all corners of the Pantonlabu city market I did not find mushrooms the trader said now there is no more supply of mushrooms maybe the mushroom farmers have moved oh this is really sad because I have come all the way here to buy mushrooms

When I went home I saw a street vegetable trader who brought lots of vegetables and food made with the help of mushrooms this is tempe a typical Indonesian food have you ever eaten it or processed it?

This is not about food or food recipes, this is about mushrooms, this tempeh is made from yellow beans that are fermented using yeast so that it produces good mushrooms that are very delicious to eat, look at this mushroom that has covered all parts of the beans as if the beans are no longer visible, I will try to cut it and we will see the contents

Wow, look after I cut how many beans there are, but they are filled with mushrooms between the beans, this mushroom grows well here, this tempeh can be eaten directly because it is good for health even though it has not been cooked, now I will try it

Wow after frying the appearance changes from white to yellow and the aroma already feels like the aroma of cooking from its appearance 99 percent has changed, from the taste it is far different there is no longer the natural taste of this mushroom, it has a delicious savory and sweet peanut taste, I enjoyed it as lunch today
