Fun mushroom hunting in the wild forest (Ganoderma applanatum)

in #hive-1513273 years ago

hello friends!! Feeling very lucky to still be given the opportunity to contribute to this community.

Mushroom hunting in my spare time has become a hobby for me and my friends, almost every afternoon I hunt mushrooms in the forest around my house, especially in recent days my area is raining non-stop, but I am very curious about the forest around me in summer. this time of rain, where very few mushrooms I saw growing, unlike the usual rainy season, usually in the rainy season like this I found a lot of mushrooms in this place, this happened probably due to very extreme weather changes, in today's hunt I only found a few types of ganoderma mushrooms, what attracted me among other leaves was Ganoderma applanatum, this type of ganoderma is one of the rarest types of ganoderma I see, usually what I often see is orange and white Ganoderma, the shape and texture is the same as Ganoderma others are only different in color, this Ganoderma has three different colors, these three colors match with the level of hardness of the mushroom texture itself, the brown color that almost resembles wood is the hardest point because it is very old, when it is brown the water content contained in it is very little, the black circle that looks like a separator between the two colors is a color change from white to black after a few days the black color will turn brown, white is the color that just came out and each one contains a lot of water in it, even though the bottom is filled with white, the water content is not the same as the existing white at the end of the mushroom itself, the size varies according to age, what I found there are 2 sizes that are very clearly visible, the first photo has filled the palm of my hand, it indicates this leaf is very difficult to grow more than that, the second photo shows still very fresh because it's at the beginning of their growth, its size is only equivalent to my index finger .

This is my contribution to #fungfriday by @ewkaw

I would like to thank all the community friends who have given us a place to share our hunting photos here, this is the best place for us who love different types of mushrooms.
