Greetings cannabis culture lovers. Although spring has just started here, I think I will soon be able to harvest some plants. This box is going like a rocket. It's only three days since I switched it to flowering and 7 plants have already clearly shown their sex. I planted them a week after the other box. The good thing is that they have a very fast cycle as it seems and the bad thing is that they will not grow much more and will not be very productive. I will have to leave them longer in vegetative next time. I didn't expect that. I thought they would take a few more days to show sex and get a little bigger.
They are not from a specific strain because they are seeds that I have crossed several times with different strains, and I no longer note down the names. Before, I did, but it is easy to make mistakes and the names are so long that they do not fit on the label. They are regular sativas, probably, because those are the types of seeds that I usually buy from time to time, also because of the effects when consuming them.
This is the box I planted a week before the previous one. They are Jack Herer from seeds I made last year. Although many of them failed to germinate and plant, they are growing at the expected rate. They have not shown their sex yet and are growing at a good rate. This is normal, what is not normal is the rate of the other box.
One had its stem bent and I don't think it will survive. I don't know how it happened. I'm going to leave it for a couple more days to see if it gets better and if not I'll remove it. We'll see.
Saludos amantes de la cultura cannábica. Aunque acaba de empezar la primavera por aquí, creo que dentro de poco podré cosechar algunas plantas. Esta caja va como un cohete. Hace solo tres días que la pasé a floración y 7 plantas ya han mostrado claramente su sexo. Las planté una semana después que la otra caja. Lo bueno es que son de ciclo rapidísimo por lo que parece y lo malo es que no crecerán mucho más y no serán muy productivas. Tendré que dejarlas más tiempo en vegetativo la próxima vez. No me lo esperaba. Pensaba que tardarían unos días más en mostrar el sexo y se harían un poco más grandes.
No son de una cepa concreta porque son semillas que he ido cruzando varias veces con diferentes cepas, y ya no apunto los nombres. Antes lo hacía, pero es fácil equivocarse y los nombres son tan largos que al final no caben en la etiqueta. Son sativas regulares, seguramente, ya que son las variedades de semillas que suelo comprar de vez en cuando, también por los efectos al consumirlas.
Este es la caja que planté una semana antes que la anterior. Son Jack Herer de semillas que hice el año pasado. Aunque muchas de ellas fallaron al germinar y plantar, están creciendo al ritmo esperado. Todavía no han mostrado su sexo y están creciendo a buen ritmo. Esto es lo normal, lo que no es normal es el ritmo de la otra caja
A una se le dobló el tallo y no creo que sobreviva. No se como pasó. La voy a dejar un par de días más a ver si se mejora y si no la quitaré. Ya veremos.
